Be Sure Of Your Purchase!
Once a special order has been confirmed it can’t be changed – no returns, refunds or exchanges. You need to be sure of your purchase. Remember, you are responsible for the style, size and colour you ultimately select, so be an informed shopper.
Our website has many tools such as sizing charts and measuring tips, and you can count on our experienced staff for one-on-one advice – just ask! BellaSposa is always there to lend you a hand.
Product information contained within the BellaSposa online catalogue has been furnished by the manufacturers and is subject to change without notice. BellaSposa is not responsible for the content or accuracy of any manufacturer's photographs, renderings, or descriptions, including size charts, manufacturers’ catalogues, printed material or websites. Accessories depicted are not included.
Dresses are factory inspected, and BellaSposa will carefully inspect all dresses before delivery to the customer. In the unlikely event that there is a defect, the purchaser must alert BellaSposa within 3 days of receipt, or at the store if a pick-up, and BellaSposa will, at its sole discretion, determine what, if any, remedy will be offered. In the event that BellaSposa determines that the appropriate remedy includes return of the dress, a Return Authorization (RA) number will be issued. The dress must then be returned immediately at the customer’s expense. BellaSposa will refuse delivery of any item not bearing a BellaSposa-issued RA number and not postmarked within 3 days of customer receipt. The dress must be unworn, unaltered, all original tags in place, and in the delivered condition.

In addition, expect alterations!
Formal wear alterations are not unusual and are not included in the price.
BellaSposa is not responsible for any aspect of alteration work performed by a seamstress outside of our own in-house personnel. Also, we are unable to alter a dress without the customer present in the store. For accuracy of alterations, the customer must be wearing the dress to enable proper pinning and marking, so as to facilitate an accurate alteration.
